Social Axiom Foundation (SAF) was established in 2016 as a trust and later evolved into a foundation. SAF is a research-based, not-for-profit, non-governmental organisation (NGO) in India that employs a systematic, institution-led approach to driving social change. It functions as a catalyst for reform by integrating academic rigour with practical strategies, ensuring its interventions are both sustainable and scalable. The foundation follows a rights-based approach and is guided by constitutional values. It meets all statutory and regulatory requirements to operate as an NGO in India.

The Foundation has been running Project CACA – Children Against Child Abuse, a safety and wellbeing programme for schools across India, since its inception. The project focuses on child abuse prevention.

Project Cradle is in the pipeline and caters to foundational numeracy and literacy. The project focuses on foundational numeracy.
