Annie Namratha
Sr. Project Manager – HR & Training
Annie Namratha holds a Master’s in Social Work (Clinical & Community Practice) from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. Her field training spans organisations such as Voice 4 Girls, where she counselled adolescent girls, Enable India, World Vision India, Youth for Seva, and the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID). During these placements, she designed and delivered community-based awareness programmes on menstruation, menstrual hygiene, and other stigma-laden issues, and led evidence-based sessions that fostered dialogue and self-advocacy. Annie’s professional practice is rooted in the conviction that marginalised individuals deserve both a platform and the tools to speak for themselves.
