Deepti Ahuja is a dynamic IP strategist, creative polymath, and community builder with a track record of crafting successful content-led brands. With a career spanning brand activations, podcasting, filmmaking, literary editing, and performing arts, she has worked with Fever Network, Mint, Urban Ladder, and more. As a founding member of HT Smartcast, the podcast arm of HT Media Ltd, she led the creation of over 250 podcasts across more than 22 genres in over 5 languages, earning accolades at INMA, e4m Golden Mike Awards, and The Next Big Creator. She has conceptualised and executed industry-defining events like Podmasters, Super Womaniya, and The Crafting Bharat Conclave & Awards. A champion of neurodiversity, feminism, and queer advocacy, Deepti’s inclusive, tech-driven, and community-first approach powers resilient, engaging content experiences and ecosystems.

Aishwarya Amrit Vijay Raj
Creative Content Writer
Aishwarya, originally from Bihar and now based in New Delhi, holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Miranda House and a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Hindu College, University of Delhi. A bilingual journalist, she has won the UN–Laadli Media Award for Gender-Sensitive Writing three times (2021, 2023), gained a Red Ink commendation from the Mumbai Press Club (2023) and was an NFI Fellow (2020). Her bylines appear in Outlook, SouthAsianToday, The Quint, The Mooknayak, Feminism in India, Gaon Connection, IndiaSpend, and many other outlets. She has consulted for UN Women (India) and worked as a research assistant, translator and fact-checker. Her portfolio spans grassroots reportage, critical analysis, research-driven features and policy briefs. Recently awarded a fully funded place on the ‘We Are Feminist Leaders’ programme, Aishwarya continues to interrogate power with rigour and empathy—pausing only for poetry, sleep, or a contemplative stare at a slowly revolving ceiling fan.

Gurpreet Kaur
Content Developer cum Research Fellow
Gurpreet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Delhi and postgraduate degrees in Education (M.Ed., with a focus on Curriculum Studies) from Jamia Millia Islamia and Mathematics from Lovely Professional University. Her academic journey reflects a strong engagement with both classroom realities and educational research. She combines this solid academic foundation with practical experience as a classroom teacher, Subject Matter Expert, and Content Editor. Her internship at NCERT’s Curriculum Development Unit provided valuable exposure to national curriculum design, while her fieldwork with an NGO working on literacy and numeracy among underprivileged children deepened her understanding of inclusive education. Gurpreet has presented her research at national and international conferences on topics such as inclusive education, strategies for supporting slow learners, the use of ICT in education, and the sociological dimensions of schooling. She brings a research-informed, learner-centred approach to content development, grounded in the belief that learning should be joyful, meaningful, and respectful of how children think, explore, and grow.

Manleen Bawa

Manleen Bawa is a development professional and researcher whose field experience spans women’s health, disability rights and social welfare. Her scholarship explores the intersection of democracy, justice, violence and human rights. She holds an M.Phil in Social Sciences from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai; an Master in Social Work from the Delhi School of Social Work; and a BA (Hons) in English from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi. As an Associate Research Fellow with the Delhi Assembly Research Centre, she collaborated with multiple government agencies to shape and evaluate public welfare initiatives. Later, as Research and Content Head at Project Baala, she oversaw community outreach, impact assessment, and project implementation, translating evidence into practical applications. A published writer, trained contemporary dancer, and avid reader, Manleen blends analytical rigour with creative insight, striving to design rights-based programmes that advance equity and enrich the lives of marginalised communities.

Muskan

Muskan is a driven scholar with robust academic credentials. She holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia and an MA in Criminology (specialising in Forensic Psychology) from the National Forensic Sciences University, Delhi Campus, under the Ministry of Home Affairs. She has presented at national and international conferences convened by bodies such as the National Maritime Foundation (Ministry of Defence) and the Mental Health Foundation of India, enhancing her analytical acumen and public engagement. Her internships at Fortis Healthcare, the 3G Institute of Research and Policy Studies (IIT Madras Research Park), and Tihar Central Jail have further honed her research capabilities, clinical insight, and evidence-based decision-making. A staunch advocate for child protection, Muskan regards abuse as a profound social wrong demanding concerted, systemic action. She now channels her expertise in psychology and criminology to design preventative frameworks and support mechanisms that safeguard children’s well-being and dignity.

Shaoni Mallick

Shaoni Mallick is a versatile psychology graduate committed to blending creative expression with evidence-based well-being. She earned a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Bethune College, University of Calcutta, where, while serving as Head of Creative Affairs on the Students’ Committee, she designed innovative mental health initiatives and campus events. Her academic training is complemented by certifications in Art Therapy and Psycho-Oncology from Fortis Healthcare’s Department of Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences, broadening her therapeutic repertoire and deepening her understanding of holistic care. Shaoni’s earlier role as an Executive Producer in the production industry enabled her to combine psychological insight with multimedia storytelling, refining her project management, team leadership, and audience engagement skills. Now focused on child and adolescent development, she aspires to create nurturing environments in which young people can thrive emotionally, cognitively, and creatively. Whether facilitating art-based interventions or crafting educational content, Shaoni brings empathy, rigour, and an unshakeable commitment to positive, transformative impact.

Deepak Budakoti

Deepak, a graduate of Delhi University with a Bachelor’s in Arts, embarked on a dynamic career journey that showcased his diverse talents. His professional voyage commenced as a Data Entry Operator (DEO) at First Flight Couriers Ltd, followed by valuable contributions at Paramount Health Services and Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd. Driven by a passion for graphic design and video editing, Deepak embraced a role as a Video Editor at News Fast Channel. Eager to refine his graphic design expertise, he pursued a diploma in multimedia from the Oxford Software Institute. Deepak flourished as a Graphic Designer at Leo Planetaria for a remarkable decade, where his dedication and attention to detail shone brightly. Subsequently, he dedicated his skills to Project CACA, assuming a full-time role as their Graphic Designer, specialising in crafting the CACA Safety Workbooks and related instruments. His journey exemplifies the relentless pursuit of excellence in graphic design, underscored by his commitment and unwavering passion.

Mithilesh Kumar

With over 15 years of experience in graphic design and desktop publishing, Mithilesh Kumar is a versatile visual creator specialising in both print and digital media. He holds a diploma in Computer Applications and is a graduate of CSJM University, Kanpur. Proficient in multiple software, Mithilesh has a strong command of layout, typography, branding, and responsive design. His portfolio includes logo design, text books, brochures, catalogues, packaging, social media graphics, and UI mock-ups. Having worked with NGOs, advertising agencies, and publishing houses, he brings expertise in bilingual content creation (Hindi/English) and prepress production. Guided by the belief that good design tells a story, Mithilesh is passionate about crafting visuals that communicate clearly, inspire trust, and leave a lasting impression.

Anamta Arshad

Anamta is a self-taught children’s book illustrator with over three years of experience creating expressive, imaginative visuals that resonate with young readers. She is currently pursuing a BSc (Honours) in Statistics from Aligarh Muslim University, blending analytical thinking with a natural flair for storytelling through art. Her journey as an illustrator began in her school years, where a deep love for drawing and design earned her multiple art competition awards. Fuelled by curiosity and dedication, she taught herself illustration through YouTube tutorials, daily practice, and consistent creative exploration. Since then, Anamta has worked across illustrated books, educational content, animation, and digital platforms for children. Known for the warmth, emotion, and narrative clarity in her work, she creates illustrations that invite wonder and joy. With every project, she aims to craft art that is not only visually engaging but also emotionally meaningful—building story worlds that children can explore, revisit, and cherish.
